My Email Address Already Exists - How To Reset Password

If you try to create an account and receive an error stating "Email Address Exists", you can reset your password to gain access to your account.

How Can I Request My Password?

1. Begin by clicking Login/Sign Up located in the upper right hand corner of the GymDandy homepage.
   

   
   

2. You can try to Sign-Up for an account. If your account already exists, you will receive an error that states "Email Address Exists".
   
3. If your email address already exists, you can click the Login tab where you will be able to request your password. On the Login tab, click Forgot password to request your password
   
   
   
4. Enter the email address you will use for your GymDandy account and select Request Password. Once you select Request Password you will receive an email prompting you to "Choose a new password".
   
   
   
   
   
5. Once you select "Choose a new password", you will be redirected back to the GymDandy homepage with a window letting you reset your password. In the upper box, type in your new password. After you type your new password in the upper box, type the same password in the lower box and select "Reset Password".
   
   
   *Note: Password must contain one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one non-alphanumeric character (symbol)
   
   
6. After you reset your password, proceed to login to your GymDandy account
