How To Rent a Shelter

The Village of Oregon does not charge a fee for shelter rentals. Prior to renting a shelter on GymDandy, you will need to apply to a rental group to ensure that you will not be charged a fee.

How To Rent a Shelter

1. Prior to renting a shelter, you will need to apply to the rental group. Beginning on the Oregon School District organization page, locate the Groups subheading where you will see the Shelter Rentals group. Next to the title of the group, you will see other relevant information including discount percentage and lead time. Click on the "Apply" button to apply for the rental group. Once you select Apply, you will receive additional information that states that you will be able to rent shelters free of charge upon successful membership into the group. Click the orange Apply button to gain access into the Shelter Rentals group. 
   
   
   
   
2. After you select Apply, you will receive a small prompt alerting you of your pending membership into the Shelter Rentals group. The Oregon School district admins will receive an email alerting them of your membership request where they will approve the request. 
   
   
   
3. Once the Oregon School District admins approve your request, you will receive an email notifying you that you are now a member of the Shelter Rentals group and that you have access to rent shelters from the Oregon School District for $0.
   
   
   
4. Once you are admitted into the Shelter Rentals group, you will have access to all shelters within the Oregon School District. Any shelter that you rent will cost $0.
